At American Pickleball League, we want you to step onto the court with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all high-performance gear. If your equipment isn't improving your game, we'll help you find a replacement or provide a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
